Restore Funding to Focus on Energy

  • On June 26, 2011, Governor Walker reversed the funding increase for Focus on Energy despite the program’s tremendous success since it began in 2001. 
  • Focus on Energy has saved ratepayers at least $2.50 for every dollar invested in its programs. More than 2 million Wisconsin residents and businesses have saved nearly $2 billion on their energy bills because of Focus on Energy programs.
  • Focus on Energy has added more than 2,400 jobs and has reduced toxic pollution emissions in Wisconsin.  Please tell Governor Walker, your state senator, and your state representative to restore funding to Focus on Energy.
